KHWEDAM BIBLE TRANSLATION PROJECT

A transformative endeavor that began in 2009 to bring the Word of God to the Khwedam community. With a focus on typesetting the Khwedam Panoramic Bible and promoting literacy, our mission aims to empower and uplift this vibrant linguistic and cultural group.

In 2009, a spark of inspiration ignited the Khwedam Bible translation project, kindled by the mission to illuminate the Word of Cod for the Khwedam-speaking population. As time unfolded, our unwavering dedication bore fruit — we now stand on the cusp of completing the typesetting of the Khwedam Panoramic Bible. Our purpose is profound: to channel the Bible’s transformative essence into the Khwedam community by translating and crafting the Holy Scriptures in their language, while nurturing literacy among them.

Peering into the near horizon, our vision sharpens — we strive to unveil the printed Khwedam Panoramic Bible within this year, marking a momentous stride towards accessibility. Once in their hands, this Bible will become a cherished gem for the Khwedam people, a beacon of spiritual insight, solace, and wisdom. In tandem with translation efforts, we’ve also woven literacy booklets into our ta pestry, fostering language learning and literacy evolution throughout the Khwedam community. The Printing of the Panoramic Bible is expected in the year 2024 and its launch.
