Who Can Enter the Lord's Temple?
1 The earth and everything on it,
including its people,
belong to the Lord.
The world and its people
belong to him.
2 The Lord placed it all
on the oceans and rivers.
3 Who may climb the Lord's hill
or stand in his holy temple?
4 Only those who do right
for the right reasons,
and don't worship idols
or tell lies under oath.
5 The Lord God, who saves them,
will bless and reward them,
6 because they worship and serve
the God of Jacob.
7 Open the ancient gates,
so that the glorious king
may come in.
8 Who is this glorious king?
He is our Lord, a strong
and mighty warrior.
9 Open the ancient gates,

10 Who is this glorious king?
He is our Lord,
the All-Powerful!

1 Shango ngeya Yahwe naiko kose ku muili,
lubumbo na bose bagele muguli,
2 ngoti bakagubamba pezhugwi kwe makungwa,
bakathama thiwa dzago pezhugwi kwe njizi.
3 Ndiyani ungatatha dombo la Yahwe?
Ndiyani unowoma mu bugalo
gwabo gwakayengemala?
4 Ndi ibabo bana maboko
mabuyanana ne mimoyo yakatjena.
Basinganginikane nge ndzimu we manyepkhwa,
basingatune kwe bupitipiti.
5 Banowoamutjila makombolelo kuna Yahwe,
kusabe ne nlandu kwabo
kowotendekwa nge Ndzimu we jidzo labo.
6 Bakajali nge be gupo linoushaka,
ibo banoshaka buso gwe Ndzimu wa Jakubo.
7 Milidzani misholo yenyu imwi mikoba!
Zhukani imwi zwizhalilo zwa ntolo
kuti ndizo mambo we tjedza angine.
8 Mambo be masimba ndiyani?
Ndi Yahwe bakasima bana masimba,
ndi Yahwe bakasima mu ngwa.
9 Milidzani misholo yenyu imwi mikoba!
Zhukani imwi zwizhalilo zwa ntolo,
kuti ndizo mambo be masimba bangine.
10 Mambo be tjedza ndiyani?
Ndi Yahwe be Mibunga,
ndibo mambo be tjedza.
